01The house

A village house, not just another restaurant

Cal Morell sits in an old house in Orbeta, a few steps from the centre of Orba. Wooden beams, thick walls and a kitchen that smells of home.

There is no endless à la carte. Every day we choose two starters to share, one main course and a dessert, and change them when the market changes. It is the most honest way we know to cook: buy well, cook slowly, hide nothing.
